Any member who joins June 1 or later will be grandfathered into the next membership year and is not required to pay dues again on October 1 for the coming year. PRCA's membership year is Oct. 1 - Sept. 30. Dues are not prorated; therefore, new members are required to pay the full membership fee regardless of what time of year they join. (Remember--those who join after June 1, though, get a few months free. Joining any time after June 1 will take care of the following year's dues, also!) Active: $105 (plus $15 application fee the
