Join us at the Montgomery Biscuits Riverwalk Stadium as we welcome Grits and Gouda food blogger, Kathleen Phillips, as our February Lunch and Learn speaker!
Kathleen Phillips is a cookbook author, food blogger, professional food stylist, former test kitchen director, and coordinates the Gardendale Magnolia Festival (30,000 visitors).
Why Grits and Gouda? She makes Southern shortcut recipes with a pinch of gourmet. Her food blog is GritsAndGouda.com.
Her recipes and food styling have graced the pages, even covers of cookbooks and magazines for brands like Southern Living, Cooking Light, Pillsbury, Christian Woman, and Betty Crocker.
Her food blog recipes are published in monthly/bimonthly in publications like Birmingham Christian Family, Gardendale Magazine, Alabama Poultry and Egg Association and Alabama Small Towns and Downtowns. She teaches cooking classes and appears once a month on
WBRC's Fox 6 Good Day Alabama.
