We're excited to hear from Brandon Miller with the Alabama Department of Veterans Affairs as he provides key insight on how to handle sensitive issues and high-stakes press situations.

Brandon Miller serves as the public information manager for the Alabama Department of Veterans Affairs. As such, he manages the agency’s online communications and media relations as well as publicizing and supporting Veteran-related events around the state. As a subject matter expert, Brandon serves as the Chair of the Communications Committee for Alabama’s Challenge, a state-led Veterans suicide prevention initiative, and authors business case studies involving media ethics for an international, collegiate audience.
