About The Event
The mission of ALABAMA 200 is to support, create, and execute events and activities that commemorate the stories of our people, place, and path to statehood. ALABAMA 200 has engaged residents and visitors in educational programs, community activities, and statewide initiatives that teach, inspire, and entertain. The culmination of a 3-year celebration will take place on December 14, 2019, in Montgomery.
The Public Relations Council of Alabama Lunch & Learn will feature a panel from The Alabama Bicentennial. Panel participants include Laura Hicks, Account Executive with Stamp; Jay Lamar, Executive Director of the Alabama Bicentennial; Georgia Anne Hudson with The Alabama Archives & History; Susan Dubose, Education Liaison with Alabama Bicentennial, Andi Martin, Marketing and Public Relations Manager with the Alabama Historical Commission, and Carrie Banks, Communications Director with the Alabama League of Municipalities.
